Why Expert crew matters
Crew skills decide how fast you reload, how quickly the turret turns, and how well the gunner tracks. Expert crew raises the cap on those skills so your points go further than a basic crew can reach.
Before you dump silver lions into random bars, pick the vehicle you actually spawn and see which skills still sit below the Expert ceiling.
How to read the skill bars
Each bar shows how many steps a skill needs on an Expert crew for that vehicle. Tall bars are the expensive skills; short ones finish sooner.
Focus first on skills that change fights you take every match: reload, targeting, and vitality for tanks; similar core skills for planes and helicopters.
